Designed in an airy, boutique brick-and-beam space along the Merrimack River, this gathering convenes local entrepreneurs, established small business owners, corporate leaders, freelancers, and ambitious career changers from across the North Shore and Greater Boston.

What Makes This Event Different
The Physical "Give & Take" Collaboration Board:
Upon arrival, every attendee posts two color-coded cards to our interactive community wall:
- Pink (What I Can Give): Specific skills, peer advice, introductions, or vendor recommendations you can share.
- Sage Green (What I Need): Strategic partners, hiring needs, client profiles, or operational advice you are actively seeking.
Easily review leads and exchange contacts with zero cold-approach anxiety.
Facilitated 20-Minute Mastermind Circles:
Small-table discussions (5–6 women per table) guided by focused prompt cards. Each participant receives 3 uninterrupted minutes to share one current business or career milestone and solicit immediate, practical feedback from peers.
Artisan Coffee & Morning Brunch Spread:
Every ticket includes locally roasted drip coffee, herbal teas, fresh juices, artisan breakfast pastries, savory quiches, and seasonal fruit platters.
Curated Member Spotlight Session:
Five selected local women-owned businesses take the floor for 60-second introductions to share their mission with the entire room.
Strict Anti-Pitch Policy:
Aggressive sales tactics, cold insurance solicitation, and MLM recruitment are strictly prohibited. The focus is mutual respect, mentorship, and organic referral generation.
