Join me as I share the details of our upcoming Sacred Space Teacher Training happening at our Westgate location. If you're even semi interested about signing up for the training, I'll be hosting a webinar to talk about what to expect and answer any questions.
This webinar will be especially useful if you've haven't signed up for any teacher trainings before. \\
**About the Hatha Teacher training:**
Hatha Teacher Training will teach you how to hold safe and sacred space for yourself and others. You will learn how to get in touch with and trust the wisdom of your body and your own inner guidance system so that you can live an authentic and free life. You will then be able to offer that space to others as they practice yoga and go out into their lives.
