Join us for A Harvest of Kindness, an evening of food, gratitude, and compassion this fall.
On Sunday, November 8th at 6:00 PM, Koshari Mama is closing its doors to the public to host a special harvest dinner celebrating the season and the animals at in Sherborn MA.
This event is a fundraiser, and proceeds from every ticket go to support the sanctuary's work.
The Meal
Enjoy a plant-based Egyptian harvest buffet rooted in the family recipes that started Koshari Mama. Every dish is 100% vegan.
The Buffet
- Hearty harvest soup, packed with fall vegetables
- Seeded breads with herbed vegan butter
- Pumpkin kobeba, made with bulgur wheat, pumpkin, onion, and warm spices
- Beet and pumpkin salad with carrot ginger dressing
- Apple cider donuts
- Mulled cider, warm and spiced
