Immerse yourself in a journey of gratitude featuring the therapeutic sounds of ocean waves, soothing rain and singing bowls. The sound and imagery of ocean waves and rain often induce a sense of calm, balance, and renewal.
By connecting with the qualities of the Sacral and Heart chakras, the experience of ocean and rain sounds help individuals open up to feelings of gratitude, compassion, and appreciation for the present moment.
