Slow Stitching at The Creative Studio 🧵

1pm–3pm
Come and slow down, switch off and enjoy a couple of hours of relaxed, creative stitching in our cosy little stitching nook at The Creative Studio, right in the heart of our treasure-trove shop.
Our Slow Stitching sessions are ongoing, so there’s no need to commit to a block of weeks. Simply book the sessions you’d like to attend, week by week.
🪡 What will we do?
Each week, we’ll introduce 2–3 new embroidery stitches, gradually building your own beautiful keepsake stitch book.
Over time, your book will become your personal stitch library — a collection of stitches you’ve learned and can refer back to whenever you’re working on future projects.
There will also be plenty of opportunity to practise and experiment with your new stitches.
Bring along your own piece of work to stitch on, or let your creativity wander through our collection of materials.

You don’t need to bring lots of materials with you — we’ll have plenty available to inspire you.
If you have a project of your own that you’d like to work on, you’re very welcome to bring it along too.
🤍 Who is it for?
Slow Stitching is suitable for beginners and more experienced stitchers alike.
Perhaps you’re completely new to embroidery and would like to learn some beautiful hand-stitching techniques, or maybe you already stitch and simply fancy some dedicated creative time, new ideas and good company.
There’s no pressure to produce a finished project. This is about learning, experimenting and enjoying the process.

Spaces are limited to keep the group relaxed and give everyone plenty of opportunity for guidance and support.
