Sauna Hetta's Nest & Nurture
Warmth. Rest. A little time just for you. Based at Sauna Hetta, a wood fired sauna & cold plunge resident at The Barn on The Bay, Druridge Bay.
Nest & Nurture is our slower, cosier Hetta Glow experience — combining the deep warmth of sauna with infrared sauna blankets, a little skincare and time to simply switch off.
We’ll begin with the sauna, giving you time to warm up, breathe deeply and, if you fancy it, take a cold dip.
Then it’s time to get dry, get comfortable and retreat to your nest. Each nest is your own cosy space to lie back and switch off, wrapped inside a gently heated infrared sauna blanket, with cushions, blankets and headphones creating a warm little cocoon around you.
Settle in, close your eyes and let us guide you through a deeply restful relaxation while the infrared warmth does its thing.
We'll finish with a Lady H Apothecary mini facial ritual — a little extra nurturing before you head back into the real world.
No pressure to perform, achieve or even be particularly good at relaxing. Just come as you are.
