The Hamazons present, “Go West,” a performance where comedy improv tangles with the Western genre. Inspired by such movies as Red River, Destry Rides Again, and True Grit, The Hamazons will deliver a full-length improvised story. Watch them saddle up and ride head long into the dangerous and dusty Old West filled with cowboys, gold miners, saloon girls, and outlaws. Justice will be served!
“Go West” will be in the style of long-form improvisation, which means The Hamazons will create one long story, in two acts, completely unscripted. The stories they act out have never been seen before and will never be seen again making each performance a unique experience. The Hamazons, also known as “The Warrior Princesses of Improv”, feature Cil Stengel, Eve Smyth and Kyndra Laughery.
The Hamazons will present an unscripted Western tale on Friday and Saturday, Sept. 25th and 26th at 7:30pm and Sunday, Sept. 27th at 3:00pm at The Bellview Grange, 1050 Tollman Creek Rd in Ashland. Tickets are $20 online at www.hamazons.com or $25 at the door.
