Give yourself permission to pause.
HaloHeat Deep Reset is a thoughtfully curated, three-hour escape from everyday demands, with just 15 spaces for an afternoon devoted to you. Through guided meditation with group Reiki, a personal PEMF experience, and the warmth of our signature sauna amenities, you’re invited to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
This intimate experience gives you something your everyday schedule rarely does: time set aside entirely for you.
