About this Event
🎃 Looking for a fun way to meet new people in Toronto this Halloween?
You could walk into a room full of strangers and hope a conversation happens… or you could let us make the first step easy.
Join us for a Halloween Special at Stout Irish Pub, where Fast Friends takes the guesswork out of making new connections.
Through relaxed, professionally hosted conversations, rotations and Halloween-themed connection rounds, you'll meet 20+ people, discover common interests and have plenty of reasons to laugh and chat along the way.
🎃 Costumes are welcome but completely optional — come dressed up, add a little Halloween flair, or simply come as you are.
And the best part? The evening doesn't stop when the hosted rounds do.
Afterwards, stick around at Stout for 50+ board games, drinks and more time to socialise with the people you've just met. 🎲🍻

🤝 What to Expect
7:00 PM — Welcome & Drinks
Meet your host, Kruttika, grab a drink and settle in.
Coming alone? You're in good company. Many of our guests arrive solo, and our host will help you get comfortable, make introductions and get the evening started.
7:30–8:30 PM — Hosted Fast Friends
This is where the evening really gets going.
You'll have a series of short, guided conversations, moving around the group so you get the chance to meet a variety of people rather than spending the whole evening talking to just one person.
No need to walk up to strangers and figure out what to say — we've created the structure for you.
🎃 Halloween-Themed Connection Rounds
Alongside the regular Fast Friends conversations, we'll add some Halloween-inspired themed rounds with fun prompts and challenges designed to get people laughing, talking and discovering what they have in common.
Expect a few seasonal twists — nothing complicated, just an easy way to make the conversations even more fun.
🎲 8:30 PM onwards — 50+ Board Games & Socialising
Don't feel like heading home after the hosted rounds?
Stay and keep the evening going at Stout.
With 50+ board games available, you can join a game with people you've met, grab another drink, continue a conversation or simply mingle and see where the evening takes you.
You don't need to be a serious gamer — the games are simply another easy way to keep people interacting.
🍻 And if you're staying later, Stout's After Dark Special runs from 9–11 PM, with $7 beers and $7 highballs, among other specials.
