About this Event
The Final Night of San Francisco’s Biggest Halloween Celebration
Just when you thought Halloween weekend in San Francisco had wrapped up, we’re turning the page to one more unforgettable night.
The 2026 Dia de los Muertos Pub Crawl is the official grand finale of Crawloween, a 3-day celebration that brings tens of thousands of costumed partygoers into the streets. Because Halloween falls on a Friday this year, the energy doesn’t stop on October 31. It builds. And on Saturday, November 1, it all comes together for one final blowout across The Marina and Polk Gulch.
From 4PM to 10PM, we’ll raise a glass to the end of Halloween season with discounted drinks, music, dancing, and a colorful tribute to Día de los Muertos. It's a night that blends celebration, remembrance, and pure San Francisco nightlife energy.
Halloween and Día de los Muertos come from very different origins, but the celebrations can both be a lot of fun.
Halloween traces back to the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, marking the shift into winter and a time when the line between worlds was believed to blur. Día de los Muertos, rooted in pre-Columbian traditions, is a heartfelt celebration of loved ones who have passed. It is usually celebrated with marigolds, altars, candles, music & remembrance.
It's important to note that Día de los Muertos is not “Mexican Halloween.” It is a meaningful cultural tradition centered around honoring those who came before us. Our pub crawl respectfully nods to those themes, while still embracing the playful spirit of costumes and nightlife that define Crawloween.
