Dear Neighbors and Friends,The annual Halloween Parade & Block Party is back, and we hope you will join us for this year's festivities.
The parade will take place on Saturday, October 31, starting promptly at 4:00 p.m. We will begin gathering at 3:30 p.m., so put on your Halloween costume, invite your family and friends, and head over to Margate Road. Please note that Margate Road 10600 block will be closed to traffic from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. to accommodate the event. (DOT Permit Log #99753)
We will march down to Lockridge Drive accompanied by the sounds of congas, tambourines, wooden spoons, and pans. The block party will feature games, the annual pumpkin race, fire pits, and possibly a surprise musical act!
This event is a potluck, and tables will be set up for anyone who would like to bring food or drinks to share. You are welcome to stay until the party wraps up at 7:00 p.m., or until your group is ready to go trick-or-treating.
