🎃 OCTOBER IS NEARLY HERE… 👻Which means Nightmare on Charsley Close is getting closer and the preparations are well and truly underway!
This year, I’m raising money for two charities that do very different but equally important work: Fight for Sight and The Richard Whitehead Foundation.
👁️ Fight for Sight funds research into eye disease and vision loss, helping scientists better understand conditions that can affect people’s sight and find new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat them. Their work also supports people living with sight loss, helping to improve lives as well as advance research. It’s a charity working towards a future where people don’t have to lose their sight unnecessarily.
🏃♂️ The Richard Whitehead Foundation works to help disabled people access sport and physical activity by breaking down some of the barriers that can make participation more difficult. The foundation supports people of all ages with opportunities, equipment and experiences that can help build confidence, improve wellbeing and allow people to achieve things they may not otherwise have had the opportunity to do.
I’m really pleased that Nightmare on Charsley Close can help raise money for both of these charities, and hopefully make a little bit of a difference to the work they do.
As always, the Halloween display itself is completely free. There’s no charge to visit, but if you enjoy Nightmare on Charsley Close and would like to support these two charities, donations are very gratefully received.
The countdown is officially on… October is almost here, and Nightmare on Charsley Close 2026 is getting closer! 🎃🕷️
Thank you, as always, for supporting Nightmare on Charsley Close and helping me turn all this Halloween madness into something that can also help others. 🖤
