About this Event
Welcome to Celestial Sounds
Listen to the hush, as the natural world becomes quieter, November offers us an invitation to do the same.
This is a season for turning inward, for slowing down, conserving our energy and creating moments of warmth and stillness amid the busyness of everyday life.
Join me for a deeply nurturing sound bath inspired by this quiet transition towards winter.
We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation accompanied by the harp, inviting the body to soften and the mind to settle. From there, you'll be immersed in the rich vibrations of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs and gentle percussion, before gradually returning to stillness.
There is nothing you need to do. Simply lie down, get comfortable and allow yourself to receive the sounds.
Sound baths can offer a beautiful opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life, quieten the mind and experience a deeper sense of rest and connection.
No experience is needed—just wear comfortable clothing, bring anything that helps you feel cosy, and allow yourself to be immersed in the healing vibrations of sound.
Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.
Join us at Amersham Band Hall Friday 13th November. Tea and Chocolate will be served at the end.
