👩🏻‍🏫 Know your hosts
Mrigisha
Mrigisha is a certified yoga and pranayama teacher who believes conscious breathing and movement are the starting point for a conscious lifestyle.
Her practice combines traditional yoga with breathwork, and her interest in Ayurveda has led her to cook and bake plant-based sattvic meals. She's building a space where Stockholm's wellness seekers can learn and live by yoga principles on and off the mat.
Prachi
Prachi is the cofounder and host behind Indique, a Stockholm-based social club that brings people together through food, culture, and shared experiences.
Born and raised in Mumbai in a Gujarati household, she grew up loving home-cooked meals, regional traditions and the joy of gathering around a shared table. Indique was born from a simple belief that food can be a common denominator, bringing strangers together and creating meaningful connections.
