Join us for a restorative, heart-opening afternoon created to give you the space you've been longing for. This half-day retreat is a gentle invitation to feel held, release stored negative energy, listen deeply to what your soul is asking for, and connect with a supportive, like-minded community.
Held in the serene, nourishing space of The Womb, SOUL Wellness Hub, this experience blends soothing movement, subtle energy work, expressive dance and heartfelt sharing.
