About this Event
Join us in person for a special half-day London Coaching Group event exploring the important role coaching can play in advancing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) within organisations and society.
As organisations continue to navigate cultural change, increasing complexity and evolving expectations around inclusion and belonging, coaching can act as a catalyst for awareness, development, accountability and meaningful transformation.
This engaging event will bring together keynote speakers, discussion and an experiential workshop to explore how leaders, coaches and organisations can create more inclusive environments where people feel valued, heard and able to thrive.
During the event we will explore:
- The current DEI landscape and challenges organisations are navigating
- The pressures leaders face in relation to DEI initiatives
- The role coaching can play in supporting cultural transformation
- Psychological safety, systemic coaching and intersectionality
- Practical tools and approaches to support DEI conversations and leadership
