About This Class
Learn Chef Cassie’s tips and techniques for making golden, delicious pretzels from scratch, prepare flavorful dips, and enjoy sausages. You’ll also experience a guided Half Acre beer tasting designed to complement the evening’s flavors.
In This Class You Will:
- Make soft pretzels from scratch
- Prepare handcrafted gourmet dips
- Enjoy a selection of gourmet sausages
- Participate in a guided Half Acre beer tasting
- Learn fun techniques you can recreate at home
Please Note:
- One ticket purchase is valid for one guest
- Guests may also BYOB their own beverages
- Guided beer tasting is included
- Guests participating in alcohol service must present a valid government-issued ID confirming they are 21 or older

Refund & Cancellation Policies
Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48+ hours before the event. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable for individually purchased tickets.
For groups of 5–10 guests, a minimum of 7 days' notice is required to receive a credit toward a future class or event.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class or event due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If Cooking with Cass cancels or reschedules an event, guests will be contacted using the phone number or email provided at registration and offered an appropriate refund or credit.
While we are unable to offer credits, transfers, or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work conflicts, personal emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control, guests are always welcome to send someone in their place.
If you are purchasing this class as a gift, please provide this cancellation policy to the recipient, as the policy will still apply.
