This beginner-friendly guitar class is designed for those who are new to the instrument or looking to build a strong foundation in their playing. Students will learn the basics of guitar technique, including how to care for your instrument, tuning, basic strumming, and playing chords. Through hands-on practice and guided instruction for one hour over six sessions, students will develop the skills needed to play. Students will leave class with practice exercises to practice and improve their playing on their own. No prior experience is necessary for this class! Please note that the first session of this class will be two hours, while the remaining five sessions will be one hour in length.
