This is a guided Shamanic Journey and Sound bath with Shamanic Reiki Master & Hypnotherapist McKenna Sancere and Reiki Master & Ceremony Facilitator Adrienne Atwood Caldwell.
This session is focused on connecting with your healed Ancestors!
This session and we begin with a briefing and a light smoke cleanse. Then we drop into the session where we will play a drum, sounds bowls and chimes while guiding you through the visuals. This journey will take us up into the cosmos to strengthen our connection with the highest most aligned version of ourselves. At the end of the session we will have time for a few to share.
We provide yoga mats, blankets, eye masks and an assortment of comfortable seating for those who prefer to sit up. You are welcome to bring any of your preferred comfort items like blankets, your own yoga mat, crystals or other spiritual items. We also keep coffee, tea and water available for anyone who would like.
This is an entry level Shamanic Journey and requires no prior experience. All are welcome, including teens who are accompanied by an adult, both must purchase a ticket. Our building has an elevator to the 2nd floor and a handicap bathroom.
We recommend you dress in comfortable, breathable clothing. Because of the intimate nature of these journey's we will only be welcoming 10 participants, thank you!
