Come on in, sit in one of our comfy chairs or laydown on a yoga mat with a soft pillow or feel free to bring your own comfort items if you would like :)
We start with a light energy cleanse before we move into a verbal guided meditation supported by the soothing sounds of 432 hertz quartz crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments lead by either McKenna or Adrienne, and sometimes both of us!
We are here every Thursday from 6:00pm to 7:00pm.
We are also often here on Monday's at 10:00am (We will be for all of April, 2026), however check available date listings because we also offer these sessions at the Longview Public Library, free to the public <3 For more info check out our website CowlitzMetaphysics.org
This sessions is offered on a sliding scale, pay what feels right between $12 and $22.
