The Buddha's third Noble Truth tells us that we end suffering by letting go. It's a layered teaching that shapes a large part of our life, either in the observance or the ignoring of it. In this talk, Susan relates some of her struggles with the teaching--the cockroach under the bed and kissing the toad--and she points to what the end of suffering might mean.
