Dust off the cobwebs from winter and get outside. Explore amazing views over 5 weeks while learning how to modify your step to save energy, manage those aches and pains, and stay injury free for the best summer yet. Keep limber by finishing each hike with a physiotherapist-led stretching program. This is the perfect series for anyone wanting to improve their healthy lifestyle. We will start with a beginner friendly hike of 7-10km hike, with up to 300m of elevation gain. By the end of the program we will be ready to tackle 13-15km, with up to 600m elevation.

We are running this program with some adjustments and precautions put into place as a result of COVID-19. The program will be capped at 6 people and everyone will be expected to drive themselves except for those from the same household. No food/beverage can be shared amongst participants unless they are from the same household. 2m distancing must be maintained while on trail (this is one of the reasons why we have dropped our numbers to 6 participants). Participants are encouraged to carry hand sanitizer with them and use it prior to meal time. If you are unwell or have been exposed to someone unwell you will be asked to stay home.
