Growth Leaders’ Scale workshops bring together groups of non-competing leaders - exclusively from digital, creative and tech with revenues of >£1.2m and/or >15 staff - to have honest conversations about how to navigate a business in today’s world.
As the economy lurches from one crisis to another, facing new challenges has become the norm. whether it’s AI; war; National Insurance hikes; or the impact of tariffs on customers, leaders are having to reframe their business with alarming regularity.
This event introduces a monthly programme that brings 8 leaders together, face-to-face, in a supportive peer group environment. The session itself delivers a workshop from the programme for free, so you can experience for yourself how it helps leaders with a range of ideas, insights and benefits (which you can apply straight away*).
About the Programme
At a typical session, participants explore the challenges each other faces, discover solutions that ultimately can benefit everyone and develop new ideas and insights through masterclasses by experts from across the business landscape.
The Scale Group programme combines:
- Peer group support – everyone person gets to explore their most current challenge or opportuntiy with the same group of peers, month-on-month to create a truly supportive environment both in the room and in between each session
- · Masterclass: A rotating range of experts from the business world lead an in-depth exploration of a specific topic to broaden each leader’s knowledge and insight. The outputs will directly help in improving systems, processes and value across each aspect of the business.
- Hotseat: Every leader takes a deep dive into their most pressing or fundamental question or challenge. This often explores things at the heart of the business or the leaders own fears, hopes and aspirations.
Every session is led by a skilled facilitator, a successful entrepreneur, as well as a new guest expert each month.
At this workshop
At this workshop you will meet the other leaders interested in this approach and likely to form part of the next cohort. You’ll find out how the programme operates and experience some of the tools and techniques it uses to provide support.
To introduce the masterclass approach we will deliver a deep dive into the art of understanding your business’s value - what impacts value, and how you can go about increasing your company's multiple and future valuation. Incidentally, every step you take to improve value also introduces a better, smoother and less stressful way of running the business!
