About this Event
Grounding Gongbath
Root, Restore, and Rebalance
Join us for an evening Gong Bath designed to bring a sense of grounding, stability, and inner calm. Resting comfortably on the floor, supported by blankets and cushions, you’ll be immersed in the deep, resonant sounds of multiple planetary gongs and other sonic healing instruments.
This practice encourages the body to relax, the mind to settle, and the nervous system to reset. As the vibrations move through the space, you may experience a sense of clarity, balance, and connection to the present moment.
Perfect for anyone seeking a restorative end to the day, this sound journey invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling centred, nourished, and renewed.
Please bring: A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and any additional items that will help you feel comfortable during the session.
