Needing some grounding, relaxation and meditation in your life?
What better way to relax and let go then with an immersive sound bath? It's time restore your soul with the soothing sounds of gongs, metal & crystal bowls, drums and chimes.
At 6 pm, join Debbie for an evening of healing, sound, and meditation. Certified Sound Healer Debbie LaCroix will take you through a meditation and Sound Journey focused on self love, relaxation, and aligning our Chakras.
Experience gongs, metal bowls, chimes, bells, drums and frequency to help your body and spirit relax and open you up to the next level of insight and clarity .
Sound Baths create an immersive sound experience that fills the room and the body, helping you to relax and let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns. People report feeling deeply relaxed after sound baths, which may have health benefits.
What to Bring:
~ a yoga mat or zero gravity chair
~ blanket
~ pillow and anything else you need to help you relax
~ eye mask if prefer completely dark (we do have some for sale)
~ Wear comfortable clothing.
We do have mats you can borrow.
**limited number of zero gravity chairs are available for $8
No experience necessary.
If you are pregnant or prone to seizures, please reach out beforehand to see if this is a good fit.
