I'm Fine: The Story We Tell, The Breath We Forget
Host: Azlena Asri

Info: Once a Paralegal, Azlena Asri's world changed after a fall led to a cancer diagnosis, chemotherapy, physiotherapy, complications and a long season of stillness. In that stillness, she found her life’s purpose: she left the corporate world to become a Thrive On Life Coach; weaving breath work, movement and aromatherapy into a whole-person approach to healing. Today she helps women move from surviving to thriving, inspiring courage, to step out of isolation and into embodied transformation. She believes that if you have breath, you have life. Healing is never linear and life may throw curveballs but you are allowed to ask for support. You don't have to do it alone.

Host: Noemie Castro

Info: Noemie Castro is a pancreatic cancer survivor, wife and mother of three. Diagnosed in 2023, she has faced major surgeries, treatments, radiation, physical pain, fear, and uncertainty. Her cancer journey taught her that when we are struggling, we need more than answers—we need people who will walk beside us, a safe space to be vulnerable, and the courage to reach out.

Today, Noemie chooses to live one day at a time with gratitude, purpose, and faith. Her journey has taught her that strength is having the courage to surrender, receive support, and extend compassion to others. She shares her story to remind others that when life becomes difficult, we don't have to carry life's burdens alone.
