Ground & Align Flow: Beach Sculpt, Breathwork & Sound Bath

Start your Saturday strong — sculpt, strengthen, and ground your energy through this 💪🌊 beachside Sculptuary experience.

Join Sculptuary for a beachside movement and meditation experience in Ocean Beach, designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel more rooted in your body and environment 🌿

This Ground & Align Flow is centered around the root chakra — the foundation of your energy, connected to stability, safety, and feeling grounded in your life 🌱

This 90-minute class blends dynamic movement with grounding, steady practices. We’ll begin with a 🧘‍♀️ yoga-inspired flow to connect breath and body, transition into a 🔥 Pilates-style sculpt sequence to build strength and stability, and then move into deep stretch and release to soften and reset.

From there, we’ll move into 🌬️ guided breathwork designed to calm the nervous system, followed by a 🎶 sound bath meditation to help you settle, ground, and fully integrate the experience.

🌍 This session is about building a strong foundation — physically and mentally — so you leave feeling steady, supported, and deeply connected to yourself.

All levels are welcome. Modifications will be offered throughout.

• Blanket or pillow (for sound bath comfort)
• Journal (optional, encouraged) 📓

We will be on the beach in front of Wonderland Ocean Pub, near the lifeguard stand in Ocean Beach.
