Grooving Into Your Heart is an invitation to get out of your head and back into your body.This isnât about perfect moves, keeping up, or looking a certain way. Itâs about letting the music move you, shaking off whatever youâve been carrying, getting a little wild, getting a little silly, and giving yourself permission to just be.
Through movement, music, and free-flowing dance, we create space to reconnect with ourselves, release what no longer serves us, and remember what it feels like to move simply because it feels GOOD.
