Camouflage Café is launching a FREE pilot of Groove & Glow – Stretch & Flex Sessions, led by Nekky Bee, designed especially for older adults, menopausal women, and anyone in recovery who wants to move gently and feel good in their body.

* Chair-based and mat options available
* Calm, inclusive, no-pressure environment
