GRL Grapple Club is a women’s only No-Gi BJJ open mat taking place on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month from 4PM - 6PM, hosted by Elevate Martial Arts & Strength, located above Richmond Station.
Whether you are looking to meet new training partners, test and sharpen your game for a comp, or just drill and flow, join us at our next event! Open to female grapplers 16+ years old with a minimum of 6 months grappling experience 🤼‍♀️
