Grit Daily is back for an in-person startup event August 11 that runs from 1-5pm!
Grit Daily News is organizing a day event in observance of Congressional Startup Week.
What is Congressional Startup Week?
Congressional Startup Week has a long history of serving the public. Once known as Startup Day Across America, the day was founded by the Governor of Colorado, Jared Polis. Polis wanted entrepreneurs to not only meet and exchange ideas, but to discuss with elected officials how startups can best serve communities.
Grit Daily wants to shine a light on how to advance as an entrepreneur and celebrate startups and community support for them.

Anchored by the flagship 4x Latina VC Summit, where Ayurella Muller (Forbes Columnist) and Loralyn Mears, PhD (Grit Daily) will talk all things startups with four of the top ten women VCs globally, Grit Daily will also host:
- 4 of Florida's Unicorn Startups (panel)
- Jackie Toledo, Congressional Rep. & Entrepreneur
- 4 of the top 10 Women VCs (hybrid panel) Tune in virtually or in-person.

445-5pm: Closing Keynote by Florida Legislature Representative Jackie Toledo.
