I’m excited to be heading back to Grimsby for another 3-hour Begintermediate Handstand Workshop!If you can kick up to the wall and feel comfortable practising chest-to-wall, but you’re struggling to find balance, stay up longer or build confidence away from the wall, this workshop is designed for you.
You DON’T need to already have a freestanding handstand! 🙌
During the workshop we’ll work on:
✨ Handstand alignment & body position
✨ Understanding how to actually find and control your balance
✨ Wall drills that transfer into freestanding handstands
✨ Kicking up with more consistency and control
✨ Building confidence away from the wall
✨ Safe ways to come out of your handstand
✨ Individual corrections and coaching
✨ Drills you can take away and continue practising
Whether you’re currently getting the occasional few seconds of balance or you feel like you’ve been stuck at the wall forever, the aim is to give you a much better understanding of what you need to work on to progress your handstand.
