This course is a four week evening course.
Starts Monday 5th October 2026 6.30-8.30pm

Reiki Level One is based very much on your own self-healing and discovering the Universal Life Force Energy within you.
You will receive in-person Reiki attunements.
The attunement process allows you to be opened and aligned to the Reiki energy, enabling you to begin to channel it through your hands and body.
As well as working on your self-healing you will complete your own personal '21-day Reiki self-care' Journal.
Each week will finish with a guided Reiki meditation.
Reiki Level One supports can help you to:
*Clear your thoughts and feel calmer.
*Reduce anxiety, worry & over-thinking.
*Aid restful sleep and relaxation.
*Discover how to use your own Life Force Energy for your own well-being.
