About:Please join us In Person for this Surviving the Holiday's Event. When you are grieving a loved one’s death, the holiday season can be especially painful. Our Surviving the Holidays seminar helps participants prepare for the holidays and even discover hope for the future. You can lessen the emotional impact when you know what to expect and are prepared. We will be watching a video and participating in a group discussion.
Those who attend will receive a booklet filled with practical tips, encouraging words, journaling ideas, and exercises for daily help in their life ahead.
During the event, we will watch a video where you’ll hear practical guidance from counselors, grief experts, and others who have faced the loss of a loved one.
There will be Group Discussion where you’re free to share your story if you want to, but there’s zero pressure. You’re welcome to simply listen and take things at your own pace.
