About this Event
Grief can take many forms. It might come from losing someone we love, or from a big change or transition in our lives. We may also feel grief about what is happening in the world or fear for the future of our planet and all living things.
These feelings can show up in many different ways — sadness, anger, fear, frustration, numbness, disconnection, burnout. and more besides.
In these warm and supportive session, we’ll explore ways of acknowledging what we’re carrying, listening to each other, and feeling less alone with difficult feelings.
We won’t try to fix everything or make grief disappear. Instead, we’ll create a safe space where what we’re feeling can be heard and shared, and where we can begin to find greater connection, resilience and hope.
There will be six sessions in total and we would love for attendees to join us every week if possible in order to build a deeper snese of community and connection. We understand though that this is not always realistic so if you can only come to some of the sessions we would still love to have you there!
The sessions are free and no previous experience is needed — just come as you are.
