About this Event
Participants are asked to bring in a ceramic piece that will be shattered and then reworked into a new piece. (A ceramic piece will be provided if one is not brought in.) Through shattering, participants are invited to release any emotions, thoughts, and physical sensations that accompany their grief. Through gentle yoga, participants provide space and movement for their grief. Through art, participants offer healing and visibility to the breakage that accompanies their grief. This is an invitation to partake in the grieving process as a witness-participant, leaning into community for support and with compassion.
No prior art or yoga experience is required. Curiosity and creativity are encouraged!
Facilitated by Maria Duda, LCSW & RYT and Katie Regan, LCPC & ATR
**Registration closes on 10/15/2026.
