Move where nature becomes part of the workout. Join us for a morning of mindful movement inside the lush gardens of The Tampa Green Houses, where Club Sweat’s signature mobile Pilates experience meets the peaceful beauty of Fallen Oak Farms.
Surrounded by blooming gardens, fresh air, and natural light, this full-body, low-impact Pilates flow is designed to leave you feeling stronger, more grounded, and deeply refreshed. Expect intentional movement that awakens your core, challenges every muscle, and creates space to reconnect with yourself before the weekend begins.
Whether it’s your first Pilates class or part of your weekly routine, every movement can be modified, making this experience welcoming for all levels. Simply arrive as you are and we’ll take care of the rest.
