Move, reflect, and connect. Join us for an hour of meaningful movement and conversation guided by thoughtful prompts.
About this Event

Hosted by Chad Thompson, LCSW, Mental Health Therapist, and Angela Fulgieri, NASM, CPT, AFAA, LesMills Group Instructor

Join us for an hour of meaningful movement and conversation designed to help you slow down, get out of your head, and connect with yourself and others in a new way.

Before the walk, you’ll receive a few prompts to help guide reflection and conversation along the way. From there, we’ll spend the hour walking together, talking, and exploring the prompts at your own pace. Chad and Angela will move throughout the group, offering guidance and support as needed.

This is not a workout or a traditional therapy session. There is no pressure to share anything you don’t want to share, and there is no right or wrong way to participate. The goal is to create space for movement, conversation, and reflection.

What to expect:

  • An hour of movement at your pace
  • Conversation and reflection guided by prompts
  • Support and guidance from a mental health therapist and personal trainer
  • An opportunity to connect with yourself and others in a relaxed setting

Come as you are, wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and be ready to move, talk, or listen.
