Join us for a one night only immersive culinary experience featuring Adventure Chef Adam Glick alongside Estancia Executive Chef Kaitlyn Weber.
Inspired by coastal California sourcing, outdoor hospitality, and live fire cooking, this elevated farm and sea to table dining experience will take guests on a guided journey from source to plate. Throughout the evening, guests will explore immersive culinary moments, seasonal ingredients, local fisheries, and regional farms through storytelling, interactive activations, and a thoughtfully curated family style dinner under the glow of a coastal California sunset.
The experience begins with a guided garden and apiary activation in Estancia’s chef garden, followed by a live fire culinary demonstration and reception, culminating in a collaborative dinner menu by Chef Adam Glick and Chef Kaitlyn Weber.
To commemorate the evening, each guest will receive a curated take home gift including a Messermeister knife and a signed copy of Chef Adam Glick’s cookbook, Live Free, Eat Well: Elevated Cuisine for Outdoorsy Travelers and Modern Nomads.
