About this Event
Gratitude in Motion: Yoga + Reiki
This Thanksgiving season, we're creating space to do more than simply think about gratitude—we're inviting you to move it, breathe it, feel it, and receive it.
Join us at Yoga Farm Wellness Place for a special heart-centered evening of gentle yoga, Reiki, reflection, and deep rest designed to help you slow down before the busyness of the holiday season.
Thursday, November 19th
6:30 PM
$30 in advance | $35 day of event
Our practice will move gently through gratitude-inspired yoga and heart-opening poses before settling into restorative postures where you'll have the opportunity to receive Reiki.
During our evening together, we'll explore:
Gentle, accessible yoga and mindful movement
Heart-opening practices centered around gratitude
Restorative yoga with Reiki
Guided gratitude meditation
A simple Thanksgiving-inspired gratitude ritual
Quiet time to reflect, receive, and reconnect
We'll practice gratitude for the people who walk beside us, the experiences that have helped shape us, the bodies that carry us, and even the small moments of beauty we sometimes overlook.
And because gratitude doesn't require life to be perfect, this is also a space to simply arrive exactly as you are.
No previous yoga or Reiki experience is needed. Every body is welcome.
