Join internationally respected teacher Grand Master Yuanming Zhang
For a special multi-day workshop exploring traditional Chinese healing arts rooted in Daoist philosophy, Medical Qigong, and internal energy cultivation. These practices combine gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques designed to strengthen the body’s internal systems, calm the nervous system, and restore balance to both body and mind.

Please join Grandmaster Zhang as he shares his passion and love of the Eastern Qigong practices. It is a blessing for him to be here in Prescott. He taught classes here in late March and resonates with the Dells and people in this community.
Master Zhang was born into the Yellow Emperor lineage in 1963. At age 3, his father and grandfather recognized special abilities in him. They began teaching him the ancient eastern arts. He studied with 24 different masters and hermits throughout China, developing a broad, inclusive background in the traditional arts. It is a blessing and gift to be in his energetic space. His classes are light and fun. No experience is needed, just open hearts.

Golden Pyramid Class
Master Zhang will guide participants through a powerful energy practice designed to connect with the healing energy of the Golden Pyramid. Through gentle movement, meditation, and focused intention, participants will cultivate balance, inner peace, and a deeper connection between heaven and Earth.
Fire Dragon Practice
Master Zhang will guide participants through an energizing practice using gentle movement, breath, and focused intention. This class is designed to awaken inner strength, encourage the flow of energy, and promote balance and vitality.
Essential Oils Qigong
Master Zhang will combine the healing aromas of essential oils with gentle Qigong movements, breathing, and focused intention. This class is designed to support energy flow, relaxation, emotional balance, and overall well-being.
Facial Reflexology
Master Zhang will introduce gentle techniques using specific points on the face to support relaxation, balance, and the body’s natural healing energy. Participants will learn simple methods they can use for their daily well-being.
Taiji Walking
Master Zhang will guide participants through slow, mindful walking that combines gentle movement, balance, breathing, and focused awareness. This practice is designed to improve stability, encourage the smooth flow of energy, and create a sense of calm and connection between the body and mind.
Five Animal Play Qigong
Master Zhang will guide participants through gentle movements inspired by the tiger, deer, bear, monkey, and bird. This traditional Qigong practice is designed to improve flexibility, balance, energy flow, and overall well-being while connecting with the unique qualities of each animal.
Red Dragon Practice
Master Zhang will guide participants through gentle movement, breathing, meditation, and focused intention. This energizing Qigong practice is designed to strengthen vitality, encourage the smooth flow of energy, and support harmony of the body, mind, and spirit.
