This is a weekly program that combines gentle walking in nature with reflection and sharing, designed to support adults grieving.Volunteers and facilitators guide each walk, ensuring safety, reflection, and connection throughout the journey.
Every Tuesday, starting at 9:45 am, participants are to meet at the main entrance of Inspire (Airdrie Publice Library).
Complimentary coffee/tea and conversation to follow, if desired.
