Computer Compulsive is bringing our collection out of the workshop and into the Airdrie Public Library for our very first public event: Retro Tech Days. Two days of real, working vintage computers you can sit down at, switch on, and actually use — and a chance to buy, sell, or trade retro tech of your own.
Come play Prince of Persia on a Macintosh SE/30, poke around a Commodore 64, watch an Amiga do its thing — then browse the machines and peripherals we've got for sale, tested and running like it's 1989.
What's happening:
- 🛒 Buy, sell & trade — working vintage computers, peripherals, joysticks and more, all tested before they leave our table. Bring your own gear to sell or trade, too.
- 🖥️ Hands-on with classic Apple Macintosh, Commodore, Amiga and vintage PCs
- 🕹️ Retro games running on original hardware
- 🔧 Live demos and restorations — logic-board recaps, BlueSCSI mods and more
- 💬 Talk shop with the crew of obsessives who keep these machines alive
Whether you're hunting for that machine you had as a kid, clearing out an attic find, or you've just never seen a floppy disk in your life — there's something here for you.
