Dimitrios and Patricia Adi invite you to a deeply restful Gongs & Sound Immersion, at Studio 14, St.Kilda on Sunday November 8, from 530pm to 7pm. Treat yourself to a deeply restful & restorative Sound Immersion with the sounds of the Cosmic Gongs, Tibetan & Crystal Bowls, Monochord, Shamanic Drum and other instruments.
Some time to quieten our busy minds, let go of tension and drop into a state of calm and bliss.
We’ll begin with a heart opening Ceremonial Cacao Ceremony led by Patricia Adi, and then an hour of Gongs & Sounds by Dimitrios.
We would love to see you there!
