Deeply Relaxing Sound Healing Session

Take a pause from the busyness of daily life and allow yourself a moment of pure restoration. We invite you to a deeply relaxing sound experience designed to balance and harmonise your body and mind, leaving you with a profound sense of comfort, peace, and inner stillness.
We will gently guide you into a state of meditation, building an immersive soundscape with the resonant vibrations of the Gong, Crystal & Himalayan Singing Bowls, the soothing Handpan, and other sound healing instruments.
What to Expect & What to Bring
- What to expect: You’ll be invited to lie down and make yourself as comfortable as possible. All you need to do is close your eyes, listen, and let the healing sound waves wash over you.
- What to bring:
- A yoga mat
- A blanket and a warm jumper (body temperature tends to drop during deep relaxation)
Important Health Notice (Contraindications)
While Sound Healing is wonderfully beneficial for most people, the strong vibrations mean it is not suitable for everyone. Please do not book if any of the following apply to you:
- Epilepsy
- Fitted pacemakers
- First trimester of pregnancy
