✨ What is a gong bath? It's a deeply relaxing sound experience. You lie back, comfortable and cosy, while I play gongs and other instruments. Layers of resonant sound wash over you, and many people find it calms the nervous system, eases tension and quiets a busy mind. There's nothing to do and nothing to get right. You don't need to meditate, empty your mind or believe in anything. Just listen, and let yourself rest.
I'm Rachel, and I run Swallow Sound here in NE Wales. I'd love to welcome you to your first gong bath, right on your doorstep.
