# ☀️ GOLDEN HOUR AT THE ONE**MOVE WITH PURPOSE. GIVE WITH PURPOSE.**
This November, Golden Hour takes over **The One ATX**, one of Austin's private social clubs, for a special Veterans Day-inspired experience bringing together fitness, wellness, music, and community — all for a meaningful cause.
More than just a workout, **Golden Hour for Veterans** is an afternoon dedicated to movement, connection, and honoring those who have served.
We'll kick things off with a military-inspired fitness circuit featuring strength, conditioning, and team-based challenges Powered by Fogo Crossfit Gym. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just getting started, all fitness levels are welcome.
Following the workout, the energy shifts into our signature **Golden Hour Social**, featuring live DJ Sickflip. Music, wellness and recovery activations, local brands, networking, raffles, and giveaways.

This month's Golden Hour proudly supports **Wounded Warrior Project (WWP)**, an organization dedicated to supporting wounded veterans and service members.
We're turning movement into meaningful impact, bringing our community together to show appreciation for those who have served.

Veterans-inspired fitness circuit featuring strength, conditioning, and team challenges.
**4:30 PM – 5:00 PM | RECOVER & RECOGNIZE**
Cooldown, veteran recognition, and a special spotlight on our charitable giveback.
**5:00 PM – 6:30 PM | THE GOLDEN HOUR SOCIAL**
Live DJ, wellness and recovery activations, local brands, and community connections.
**6:30 PM – 7:00 PM | GIVEAWAYS & CLOSING**
Raffles, giveaways, and closing celebrations.
