About this Event
Join Presents: Men's Mental Health Walks!
Join us this Mental Health Awareness month for a series of relaxed, guided walks created specifically as a safe space for men to connect, reflect, and talk openly.
These walks are free to attend, with the available option to make a donation to CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) when booking your ticket.
These walks are led by Goho's Director, Jon Shone, which are shaped by both his professional expertise and lived experience. Following his time in the music industry, Jon has been open about his own mental health journey. When he’s not working in events, he’s working towards counsellor accreditation, supporting mental health across the music and education sector. He’s been an advocate for mental health as a seminar lead in public education, delivering seminars to undergraduates.
Each session begins with a quick introduction and a free coffee and treats, followed by a gentle 45-minute walk through some of London’s most scenic routes. Whether you want to talk, listen, or simply be around others, there’s no pressure, just a supportive, judgment-free environment.
These sessions are open to the public. Sign up and we'll send you the details of the starting point! (Please note, the starting point is NOT the Old Police House in Hyde Park)
