About this Event
In a world that rewards accumulation (of information, advice, inspiration) what’s often missing is integration. We don’t need to know more, we need to learn to live differently using what we already know. We need to turn “one day” into “day one.”
In this immersive session, Ida Carleborn—creator of The Algorithms of Life, whose work has been applied across industries—shares the philosophy and methodology behind the 66-day framework for lasting change. Through a blend of storytelling, research-backed insight, guided journaling, and facilitated dialogue, you are invited to reconnect with your identity, clarify your direction, and begin translating intention into integration through aligned action. Through a series of reflection practices designed to bridge the gap between what you know and what you embody—linking intention, identity, and integration—you’ll gain tools to carry forward beyond the session.
At the center of the experience is The Algorithms of Life, a 66-day methodology, which draws from neuroscience, behavioral change, and ancient wisdom to offer a structured yet deeply personal framework for lasting transformation. Together, you’ll explore how small, consistent shifts can create meaningful alignment between who you are, what you desire, and how you show up each day.
The session concludes with the introduction of the 66-day integration practice—an invitation to continue the work beyond the room, with clarity, commitment, and momentum.
