Your chance to come flow & GLOW! Join us for a beginner friendly yoga practice to a sound track of your favorite Emo bangers, all while lighting up the night with glow sticks, jewelry & glow body paint.
6pm-6.45pm - Arrive at Tap Yard to grab a drink & get as decorated as you'd like for class
7pm - All levels yoga class. We'll take some time to ground ourselves & breathe before enjoying a yoga practice centered on mobility, awareness & embodiment & then slow things down with some juicy stretches at the end.
8pm - Class ends & Emo Karaoke begins!
